As well as supporting and maintaining any current systems we can also design a complete (or complimentary) solution based on our decades worth of experience in system design.

Whether you already have a system in place or require a bespoke design we will handle all IT related issues. Our support service can be tailored to specific needs and Service Level Agreements but generally include a monthly support cost per user.

All our clients get access to our on-line call logging system. This helps us to help you in a more timely and efficient manner, and serves as a record of support calls (and resolutions). Using the data, we can look at focusing training and further effort into specific areas to help your organisation get the best from your resources. And we can suggest investment in technologies and practices to move your organisation forward and best position you for growth.

We support Microsoft Windows (all versions), Mac OS X (all version) and Linux based operating systems. Workstations are built to a pre-determined specification and include the latest security patches and updates to maintain a reliable environment. Users may log support calls via telephone, web or email. Support will be provided via telephone, reply by email or when possible, by remote control. We can assist with almost all end user queries by remotely connecting to the user's desktop. This means far quicker response to your users needs and is also invaluable to training and assisting users with problem tasks.

Servers can be provided to handle any task required. We support and recommend various Linux OS's as well as MS Windows and Apple and always choose the best tool for the job.

We will host/support any type of email system. If you currently have an email system in place, that will be complemented by our secure email service. We provide anti-virus, anti-spam scanning, web mail, IMAP and standalone POP3/SMTP services. We also provide backup mail servers to complement existing infrastructure.
